Acceptance of Terms: By using CareerKart.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms with notice, and continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

Services: CareerKart provides career guidance, training and related services. All content (articles, videos, assessments, etc.) is for informational purposes and does not guarantee employment or outcomes. We disclaim any warranties for accuracy or results.

User Accounts: You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any actions under your account are your responsibility.

Legal Compliance: We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines on digital services. For example, any payment processing is done through approved, PCI DSS-compliant third-party gateways; we do not hold or handle consumer funds directly. We follow RBI Master Directions on digital payment security. We are not a bank or NBFC and will not hold user funds beyond standard payment processing. Users agree to transact using lawful methods and not engage in fraud or misuse.

Payment and Transactions: All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Payments are final and processed through secure gateways. In case of payment failure or dispute, chargebacks and refunds will follow the timelines mandated by RBI and applicable law. We expressly disclaim liability for any loss due to third-party payment delays or errors.

Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and software on CareerKart.ai are owned by Wilduck Careerkart Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. No portion of the site may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our permission. Users may not reverse-engineer or copy our technology or content.

Limitation of Liability: CareerKart.ai is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilduck Careerkart Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

User Conduct: Users must comply with all applicable laws when using our site. Prohibited conduct includes: uploading or sharing illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; interfering with others' use; collecting personal data about others; or any action that violates privacy or consumer rights.

Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to arbitration or courts in Delhi (the company's place of business). Users agree to first seek resolution by contacting our grievance officer (see Contact Us) before pursuing legal action. By law, consumers may also approach consumer forums for grievances under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
